This 5-acre 19th century property is just full of history. It once belonged to former Ohio Governor and 19th U.S. President Rutherford B. Hayes. It was the first African-American owned bed and breakfast in Ohio and it's first guests were the cast of the hit opera "The Phantom of the Opera" when it opened its doors in 1994. It is nestled on a wooded lot near downtown.
