This 5-acre 19th century property is just full of history. It once belonged to former Ohio Governor and 19th U.S. President Rutherford B. Hayes. It was the first African-American owned bed and breakfast in Ohio and it's first guests were the cast of the hit opera "The Phantom of the Opera" when it opened its doors in 1994.
